Which plan is right for my business?

Premium is the popular option for restaurants without a Central Kitchen or Production Unit but just branches or outlets while Enterprise is tailored for businesses using a Franchise model or operating with a Central Production Unit that supplies both internal branches and external customers . You can choose Lite if you are a startup Restaurant with not more than 2 branches and 50 products.

Are there any other fees?

You may check the number of free branches on the plan , if you have additional branches, charges will apply. FMH also has a Turbo start plan where our team will do the onboarding for you which will also be at an additional cost. Please note: this plan is not mandatory and you may choose to onboard on your own with the help of our training and onboarding team.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan anytime. Just contact us!

When will I be billed?

Whether you have a Restaurant or you are a supplier you can choose from our 2 available pricing options: Monthly and Yearly. If you choose the yearly payment option you can save upto 30 % on the subscription plan.

Can I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account anytime! However fees paid will not be refunded. Auto renewal will occur if you do not cancel one month before your subscription renewal.
