My supplier is not on Food Market Hub, can I still order from them through the app?

Yes! Your purchase order will still be automated and will be sent to them through email or WhatsApp.


When will I be billed?

If you’re a restaurant owner, you’ll be billed annually. If you’re an F&B supplier, you’ll be billed monthly, based on transactions made that month.


Are there any other fees?

No other fees will be included. Pay the price you see only! However, integration and training will be given upon request, and a fee will be charged to your account.


What is V1?

V1 is the first version of Food Market Hub that consist of all the complex features that ensures your F&B business run efficiently. Although it already works wonders for our customers, we believe that we can provide so much more. And that’s why we came up with our V2 App!


Migration from V1 to V2

Fret not as you’ll be the first person to know once V2 is ready for migration.  Us at Food Market Hub will provide first class onboarding to you immediately, once the V2 app is ready to serve! Migration will be absolutely FREE! 😀 

We understand that you might be excited about our V2 app, and we’re more than happy to migrate you over as well!

However, we’re still updating the features in the V2 app so it may not be suitable for everyone at the moment.
