Responsibilities:

  • Head up the growth and acquisition team while deriving strategy plan to meet company’s goal
  • Understand the lifecycle of customers on the Food Market Hub and identify opportunities and segments for growth and optimization
  • Develop and execute data-driven product marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS to drive growth, engagement, and reactivation.
  • Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers
  • Analyze all aspects of the product conversion funnel to identify the largest areas of improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on the opportunities.
  • Develop value propositions, storytelling, and product copywriting. You need to be able to write copy, and write it well
  • Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
  • Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience working in a relevant field Familiarization Google analytics
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
