Enterprise Application Support Specialist
We are seeking a driven and customer centric Enterprise Application Support Specialist.
The role focuses on assisting our Enterprise customers with system troubleshooting and product related queries.
Basic IT troubleshooting and understanding is important for this role. You will be working closely with all team members within the Application Support team and also with our Enterprise partners for issue troubleshooting and resolution. F&B Industry knowledge will be advantageous.
- Respond to enterprise partner queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, phone and email
- In-depth level based troubleshoot and problem solve customer queries independently
- Technical queries to diagnose and escalated to Engineers for further diagnosis
- Working with Enterprise partners to set up and onboard new outlets.
- Prompt and consistent follow up to both customers and internal team until the issue is closed and resolved
- Ticket management via CRM system
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Experience in the Technical Support an added advantage
- Customer First mentality
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia language proficiency
- Can read, write and speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Job requires on demand/on-call basis during after hours and weekends/public holidays based on rotation
